Nissan has announced a new partnership with Acciona’s car manufacturer Silence, a European leader in electric micro-mobility vehicles. This collaboration will see Nissan become the UK distributor for Silence’s product range, which includes the Silence S04 nanocar and electric motorcycles, starting from October 2024.
This move follows the vehicles’ successful launches in France, Italy, and Germany. UK pricing will start just under £16,000 on the road for the nano cars and just under £4,000 for the nano bikes.
As part of this partnership, Nissan will hold distribution and service rights in the UK for Silence’s innovative electric vehicles (EVs). This includes the popular S04 nanocar, which comes in two variants: the L6e and L7e. Designed for urban environments, these compact, lightweight vehicles are engineered for agility and convenience in bustling city settings.
